🎄 Join us for the Frosty Festive Quest this Sunday, December 📅 🎅

Registrations strictly at 3:00, with last registration at 3:30 PM.

Don’t be a Scrooge, come embrace the Christmas spirit with our family-friendly fun event, that won’t break the bank!

DRESS CODE - Christmas attire (prize given for “best” dressed family)

🤝 Christmas is a time of giving, and we're proud to be part of our beautiful wee community.

As a token of appreciation, our fundraising team have crafted this event to say thank you and give back to our wonderful community. 🌟

✨Information ahead of Sunday: ✨

On arrival at the clubhouse, registration will take place and you will receive Frosty’s crypt map and his first quest.

Here we will be ready to SNAP up the opportunity of the “best” dressed family. 📸

Then you will head down the town and solve his clues and you may have a quest or two to complete along the way.

(There will be an optional extra along the green if you want to bring some small change)

Complete the quest and make your way back to the clubhouse and give your sheet to santas little helpers. In exchange for your entrance into Santas grotto, and a hot chocolate to warm yourself up. We may even have a special something for the parents too 🍷Then, all kids will receive a small token from Santa and his number one elf FROSTY himself.

We are completing a lot of work in the background in making our club more accessible and promote inclusion throughout. If there is someone attending with additional needs please make Orla aware ahead of time and we can discuss how we can help adapt Santas visits if required.

Please be aware that photos will be taken and by registering for the event you are also giving your consent for your photographs to be used on all social media platforms. Unless otherwise stated to our PRO - Orla Laird before the event starts.

CAR PARK will be closed, and will only be open for people with a disability badge.

We will have Stewart’s on the road up to the clubhouse. And for any necessary point of crossing the road.
