An epic battle in the Cup saw our U17 girls push Quigleys Point Swifts FC all the way to penalties in a game full of passion, skill, and heart.
The visitors went ahead through Ella Havlin, but Aobha Doherty levelled it with a brilliant long-range strike. Both teams created chances in extra time, with top saves from Fódhla McGinley and Emily Davenport.
The game finished 1-1 after extra time, and Quigley’s Point edged the shootout 4-3.
A huge well done to our girls for a fantastic team performance – we’re so proud!
