Our new chairman - John Gillen.

John stepped away from his head of youth role and was voted into being the new chairman of Moville Celtic for the upcoming season.

John has showed huge enthusiasm through his time as the role of head of youth and we can’t wait to see his positive attitude role out in his new role of chairman.

John thanked everyone for attending and stated he seen a bright future for the club, and wishes for the club going forward to be for the community run by the community.

On a personal note, he stated “thanks very much for the opportunity, his grandfather was chairman years before and it’s a privilege to be voted in this evening”.
